- Sell To Us! – Email us at selltous@replacements.com to inquire about selling your china, crystal, flatware, hollowware, or collectibles to us. Our Purchasing Department is also available to receive walk-in customers from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm ET, Monday through Friday, and 9:00 am – 5:00 pm ET on Saturday (we are unable to receive walk-in purchasing customers on Sunday).

- To Opt Out from email notifications - If you no longer wish to receive email notifications from Replacements, Ltd., you can follow the instructions at the bottom of our emails for opting out, or you can email us at inquire@replacements.com. Please be sure to include all email addresses you wish to opt out.
We can tell you immediately if we have stock in your pattern. We accept VISA,
MasterCard and Discover, as well as personal checks. As we receive additional
inventory in your patterns, or when pieces in your patterns go on sale, we can
notify you via e-mail, FAX, or US Mail with updated inventory status.
All Replacements, Ltd. products come with an unconditional
100% guarantee of satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for credit or a refund.
